In the address block, I can make out:

Familie (Family)
Ferd. (short for Ferdinand?)
Gonteskirchen
b / Laubad
(b Hessen) (?)


In the note block I can see "Feldpost"; Abs Gefr. W. ________ 7/223

I can't make out the word before the date 18 II 18, but I can read Meine Lieben!

I afraid I can't make out the rest and would really appreciate your help. I am especially interested in the soldier's name Wilhelm __________ .

9443 I do no think it is a date as it is not written in the manner of a date. The "1 X" at the end is typical for meaning "one copy" printed.
