I read "J.-Komp. 57. 16. Pz. Div." which would be Instandsetzungs-Kompanie 57 which the blue stamp verifies. Can't read the signature of the Hauptmann, but there could only be one leading the unit with the 16. PD.

It must be 57 / 6.Pz.Div. though, 57 was used as supply unit number by 6.Pz.Div.
