Can anyone decipher the name..?..

I have this tunic that used to belong to a medical doctor, he could be either oberarzt or stabsarzt, but I cannot read his name.

Can anyone help..?..

Hi there, this is more of a "how good are your glasses" translation.

This is a picture from the last page of Fritz Aechtner's essay on himself that he used to give out before his death in 2007. I only have a picture on one side though but the ink is bleeding through on the reverse. So here's a shot in the dark.

Can any body read the last few paragraphs that are seeping through? I have horizontal flipped the image and enhanced it slightly to assist.

I am very interested to know especially if the last sentence says he was awarded the wound badge because none of the records on the internet state this.

The outlined part basically says "As the airbase (looks like Flugplatz) could no longer be defended, the end of further resistance was foreseeable".

The readable parts above it - from what I can read - deal with the defense of a city & it's requirements. I see Posen mentioned....but nothing about a wound badge.
