Can you translate this Ss stamp?

This stamp is on the outside of the right rear pocket of a pair of Jodhpurs (riding pants) I have tried to figure out what it says. It looks to me like it says: "Besoldungsstelle der Waffen SS Buchungsstelle" But it is faded, and my computer can't help, either. I was hoping that someone has seen this stamp before, and can tell me what it means in English. Thanks for any help! John
