Translation request

Hello all....I recently picked up a nice photo of Otto Kretschmer on the turm of U-99. This is the back of the photo. First word is "kretschmer" obviously. I think it says "Kretschmer in port..." then after that I don't know...or I may be totally wrong altogether. Any help would be humbly appreciated.

Hey Hank....I believe the mystery is solved. I think it reads "Kretschmer in turm with Von Forster". Siegfred Frieherr Von Forstner served on U-99 probably during her third patrol as "Kommandantenschuler"- Commander in Training. Von Forstner received the Ritterkruez on 2.9.43.

So I have a early photo (probably from July 1940) showing two very famous U-boat commanders on the bridge of U-99. Pretty cool!!

Upon closer inspection, I believe the photo is of U-99 leaving Wilhemshaven at the end of June 1940 on her second patrol. All the men have long sleeves and Kretschmer is wearing gloves. I looked up the weather for that day and it was a chilly 50 degrees or so.....It was much warmer that day down in Lorient where U-99's third mission began.
