    A better image of the name tag would be helpful as it looks like the name might be different from "Fisher", perhaps Fester.

              Thanks, you got it right the first time with the less detailed photo.

              The rank date range makes this one tough. To late for the 39 rank list and also nothing in the 44.

              Any help with an Oblt and the 111th GJ artillery rosters would be greatly appreciated.
