Portrait Photo: Subject & Text Identification

Here is a postcard size photo portrait of a Heer officer wearing his EK1 (1914); EK2 (1939) Spange and KVK 1st Class w/Swords. His face is chiseled and scarred...perhaps fencing or battle scars?

The reverse of the photo card is blank, except for printed text in the middle dividing line which I think may be the printer's name and a number: LEONAR 442.

Can anyone perhaps identify this officer and decipher the cursive at the bottom, please? All feedback will be appreciated.

Regards,

John

PS: JoeW has provided this feedback (thanks!):

"Seems to me to be signed by a doctor, an Oberstabsartz + Chief ?. The first two lines are a dedication for something in his hospital time? Feldlaz ? Signed by a Dr."

I forget the other text:

"Für treuste Pflicherfüllung in meinem Lazaret" 26.8.1939/42

Dr. Staudt

Oberstabsarzt + Chefarzt"

1) "Fhr. Res. O. B. Nord - West" - Führer Reserve Oberbefehlshaber Nord - West

2) "C. V d / 331" - It looks like a document number (Aktenzeichen)

About number 2:
The unit number is 531, not 331. Its mentioned a few more times in the Soldbuch.
I think it has to do with a post-war unit.
This guy was a student engineer before the war, and in the war he was a trained Pionier Leutnant (but commanded a Volksgrenadier radfahr zug in the Ardennes).
