the typed text is a man saying he had a telephone conversation with one man, that dealt with dealings with an "Oberregierungsrat", that might be very interesting for him to know. But since the Oberregierungsrat person was on vacation, maybe the other person could put him in contact with somebody, re this item? I don`t actually see where it mentions just WHAT the exact subject is....

The secret part you can find in the "1 Anlage!" (1 enclosure!), it is not included here.

It is the time before the Munich Agreement.
And the contact man in paris is a very important person at that time, the Sudeten German pro-Nazi leader Konrad Henlein.

On the left side is written the information that " Dr. Gritzbach hat Kenntnis, 25.6.38 " -

Dr. Gritzbach has knowledge of this.

Dr. Erich Gritzbach was an important SS- leader and very close to Goering.

The letter is addressed "Berlin W 8, Leipziger Strasse 3". Since 1935 this was the official residence

of the Preußischer Ministerpräsiden" Hermann Göring.

In the text of the letter is mentioned the "Generalfeldmarschall" - this is in this case Goering.

In the lower right corner of the letter is written in blue ".. Rücksprache mit Bodenschatz.." - consunltation with Bodenschatz.

The first sentence is lacking but it ends with "in rememberance of the commander Major Dr. Koch."
