        It is: "Spitze des Explosivgeschoß und Granatsplitter", which stands for head or top of explosive ammo and shell splinter.

          My opinion: The first name is "Hans".

          At first they made a mistake and wrote the namen "Hanß" but they corrected the name later in "Hans".

                      means Nikolskoye (Нико́льское) bei Leningrad. A village near Leningrad.
