Wound translation needed

Guys can anyone help with translating this guy's injuries? I believe the 19.10.44 entry says he was wounded in the hand, but I can't read the rest. Any help you guys can give would be very much appreciated.

Hello all,

I was wondering, is someone able to help me with these two pages from a Solbuch of a Oberleutnant?

The first page I need help with is regarding a weapon, which was, if I read it correctly, issued to him by the Führer Reserve Heeres-Gruppe Süd on the 6th of November 1943, only what is written after that?



The second page I need help with is regarding his equipment which was issued to him. Does anybody know what the equipment is written down by pen? I can only read "Tarnnetz".

1. Die Reste der ehem (probaly ehemalig). 6. Armee wurden raus gezogen u. bei den jeweiligen Ersatz-Truppenteilen etwas aufgepappelt.

2. Nordwest Riegel bei Stalingrad mit Henke.

1. The remains of the former 6th Army were withdrawn and integrated with the other replacement troops, and reformed (rebuilt) a bit.

2. Northwest Reigel, near Stalingrad, with Henke (probably a person)

Without seeing a photo the term "Riegel" could be a defensive line, as in a "PAK- Riegel". Is there an image we could see?
