Post your German panzer, STuG photos

Unless there's something written on the back to confirm or there are other documents/information regarding the soldiers and the unit they were serving in at the time it was taken, I don't see anything in the photo that would indicate they were definitely StuG crew members... Remember, the Sturmartillerie weren't the only ones to wear the field gray wrap. They could be self-propelled artillery (i.e. Wespe, Hummel, etc.) Panzerjäger, Panzerzug to name a few.

Hello all,

Below are some photographs which are in a photoalbum of a Unteroffizier of 2./Panzer-Abteilung 65, and later in Panzer-Regiment 11. He was one of the forces who marched into Sudetenland and he took part in the invasion of France. Enjoy!

Very Nice shots, thanks for posting..
In the shot outside of the railway carridge, the
uniforms look factory fresh and its interesting
to note the slightly lighter shade of trousers.

Ive always thought the uniforms looked very sharp/clean as well. I never really noticed the lighter colored trousers, very interesting! Thanks

Great shots. The only thing I never liked about the panzer uniform was the beret. I don't know, it just looks goofy to me.
