Playing around with my scanner and discovered if I left the cover off the top I could scan negatives. I am little slow sometimes.

heres one i got today from a medic that served with the 29 Pz.Gren. division in Italy.

Im just back from holdiays with my girlfriend in germany and found a old german photo album in a market at the weekend. Its mostly 1940 france and there is some really nice medical vechicle shots. And this is my first album straight from a real german market and its so exciteing to find something undiscovered before
Ill be putting more pictures from my album at the weekend.

This flag means that there is (or in this case most probably was) a injured crewmember who has to be recovered or treated by medical personnel.

The flag on the Pz IV is...

The flag on the Pz IV isn't a red cross; it's a black cross on yellow signifying that the tank, not one of the crew, is damaged.

You´re correct ... its too dark for white. Additionally the manuals for tankcrews says that waving the flag means enemy positions, enemy tanks or AT-guns, pushing it up several times means mines.
