      I have actually another photo taken at the same location (judging by the knocked out tanks) in a book about the battle of Stalingrad. Dont know if anyone else mentioned this, but that photo shows more of the tanks and no officers. Send me a PM with your email address if you want a scan.

                              771b/ German Pak brought this Soviet tank (T-26) under fire.

                                1213/ 35-ton in smoke and flames (T-34).
                                This Soviet tank retreated to a village and was looking for cover. It was pursued and dealt with.
