Karl, your French Char B1bis in #493 is the "Indochine" tank. It was taken out by friendly fire from a French anti-tank unit near Basuel. The crew - lead by Sous-Lieutenant Raiffaud - survived the 8 hits.

yes it is an SS Totenkopf unit
unfortunately I do not know the unit but only the name of the soldier to whom these pictures belonged. Here is another one

Here is a Char B1 Bis "Ouragan" Out of action and captured May 17th 1940 in Guise ...this is from a private photo album, the number is 260, and a neat angle! Thanks to Antoine for the correct identification
