Hi Bill,

The King Tiger "Tiki" you posted belonged 2 SSPzGrDiv Das Reich. It was Hitler's birthday on 20.4.44. On top was Gruf Krüger, commemorating the victory at Khakov.

Bill i absolutly love the photo with the blind arm-band, i never saw that before in a soldier photo, it must be very rare ?

Actually that is Todd's photo and it's not that common to see a pic of a soldier wearing the armband.....I have one in my collection and posted it some time ago on one of the threads...can't remember which one...losing too many brains cells. Bill
