Well, just to let everyone know I updated the main page today (09/08/08).

It was very hard to remove Karl Nicolussi Leck, Willi Hammerich,Werner Ebeling & Ferdinand Schroeder. Honorable soldiers.

Fortunately we also had a chance to add some others:

        Hermann Kunz (Heer)
        Karl Ludwig Barths (Heer)
        Willy Tschering (Luftwaffe)
        Fritz Seyffardt (Luftwaffe)
        Gerhard Moews (Heer)
        Heinz Angelmaier (Heer)
        Hermann Kunz (Heer)

          Jagdflieger alive

          Hi

          after posting Stuke men I thought I would add Jagdflieger who I think are still alive;

          Anton Benning
          Anton Heinemann
          Johannes Naumann
          Winfried Schmidt (not 100%)
Fritz Schroter (read he had passed away, but not confirmed, does not reply)
          Otto Schultz
          Walter Wolfrum

Also read but cannot confirm Schenck is dead. Husemann very ill a few years ago. Also not sure about Janssen in South America?

The last news I had about Wolfgang Schenck, few months back at the 12 O´Clock High Forum, is that he was still alive, although ill. He was living in a nursing home in Germany.

I use a translation site (http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate_url) in order for me to understand the German language since I am from the U.S. I found that it means "Receiver is to have died" so I would say that he has passed away. Thanks for your updates and you can go directly to the 1st page for the complete and well updated list of KC recipients still alive.
