Wow...very nice J1 and J2 and Assmans. Seems that it has not been easy to find a J1 and J2 anymore.

I would most certainly get the Juncker. Just a better looking badge IMO.

GWL all the way in that matchup!

FYI - I will be listing a J3 on the eStand in the coming days in case anyone is interested. The pin and catch have both been replaced, but they don't come any cheaper than $500 USD!

I may purchase this cased GWL pilot badge from Craig Gottlieb: http://www.craiggottlieb.com/data/inspect.asp?Item=3322. Any comments on the badge?

Nothing wrong with that one, and it has the correct case, too. I think some buyers had a problem with this dealer as of late from what I've read elsewhere on this site so you may want to read those posts.

Juncker eagles have, like said, personality and they look rather realistic IMO, besides that a mint Juncker PO does have a lot of frosting, but unfortunately we don't see them that much in that condition.

Badges I like are Juncker, Deumer, Assmann, B&NL ...
Badges I don't like that much are GWL, FLL, OM and BSW..
This has all to do with design, not quality.

So, to compare GWL vs Juncker I'd say :

                ..
When you put it that way... there is no choice. Nice eagles Jos.
