That's a very nice starting collection, obviously far beyond my one trade badge. Seeing yours in your nice wood/glass case makes me want to start picking up a few here and there. They make a nice display.

Thanks Robert!! You make up for it with your cross collection!! I have 4 of the cases. They cost between $25-30 and do make a nice display. My pic isn't the best but I wanted to try something different so I went outside. It was hard taking a picture inside without showing my reflection in the glass.

As David said, these are really a lot of fun to collect, quite reasonable, and since there are dozens of them (well documented in Brian Davis' Luftwaffe books), it can keep you going for a very long time.

I sold all of my cloth trade badges some time ago -- mostly to member of this Forum -- but did hang on to the wire versions. These are incredibly beautiful and below is an example. I think you can see why I liked them so much.
