    Thanks Robert!! You make up for it with your cross collection!! I have 4 of the cases. They cost between $25-30 and do make a nice display. My pic isn't the best but I wanted to try something different so I went outside. It was hard taking a picture inside without showing my reflection in the glass.

      Here's my flak patch. This one appears to have good quality and it looks more like uniform type material.

          As David said, these are really a lot of fun to collect, quite reasonable, and since there are dozens of them (well documented in Brian Davis' Luftwaffe books), it can keep you going for a very long time.

          I sold all of my cloth trade badges some time ago -- mostly to member of this Forum -- but did hang on to the wire versions. These are incredibly beautiful and below is an example. I think you can see why I liked them so much.

                      Thanks Robert!! I walked in Thursday morning and within 5 min. had my first purchase!! The dealer even took $6 off. I was in the process of looking at a first model Flak patch with another dealer but he was busy and I never went back!

                        I wish I knew you were going to be there. I would have liked to have met you. I actually never made it through the entire show. I missed a few isles.

                          Same here Robert!! I'm a young dude if you didn't already know!! Turning 25 soon! I probably passed you in one of the aisles. Are you going to the MAX in October? I plan on making the trip. We always have next years Show of Shows!!
