Jump smock eagles

Hello All

thanks for all the help people have given my father and me in previous threads, Dad is not overly computer savvy but trys, so I decided to become a full member so we could post pictures and become more involved, so I will be doing all the writing from now on

I have been following this thread for a while on smock eagles and was looking for one similar to the one on our smock,

It is machine stitched and looks to be origional, it looks like it has brown camo in spots on the backing

John, from your photos the eagle looks as though it has been there from manufacture. Only the second I've seen like this.

I think it is time to add this one to the thread. Some may remember it when it was first posted by a Dutch member. It was brought home by an American 101st veteran. He said it was removed from a dead fallschirmjager !

Hello heres my splinter smock eagle, I believe this is HBT backed also. Those with better eyes may confirm. If it helps portions of this smock are made with the G-material. Best Bill Bourque

That looks to be the same one as mine, but the eagle looks to be white is that correct?
