I'll show you mine, if you show me yours...

I recently picked up some pretty nice photos, and thought it would be fun to post some of them. What I am hoping though is, that everyone else ( yes you para photo collectors, you know who you are.... ) will post some of their recent acquisitions as well. For every one that you guys post, I will post one of mine ( for as many as I have of course... ). If you have problems posting photos, you can send them to me, Willi or John and we will be happy to help you.

    Will start with this one...

        Hi Eric,

Here is one my friend from the 3./Fallsch-Jg-MG-Btl.7, the Gefreiter Strienitz.
Photo has been taken in July/August 1941. He earned the EKI in Crete.

More photos can be find in the excellent book, Fallschirmjäger in Crete

Nice color shot Akira, and absolutely, the photos don't need to be portraits.

Stijn, is it from one of your glider veterans?

Ben, I think you know much better than me...

Here's one, not a new acquisition but anyway, to keep the show going...

                          Eric,

not a K98 but a MG34!!! Makes it even more special!

Akira, would a close up of the stone slab be possible?
