              OK I'll tackle P3. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

              Column b: Attended Gottingen University from 1919-1923.
              Studied doctorate in Philosophy.

              Column c: Had extra skills or could work in vocational guidance at a work
              exchange.

              Column e: Was a speaker of French language

                  Translation of P4:

                  Buroangesteller - Office Worker
                  K? Angesteller - K? employee
                  Versicherungangest - Insurance or Assurance
                  Berufsbuater - Vocational Guidance worker

                  Last page shows various Arbeitsamt (employment offices) Muller worked in and what he was employed there as.
                  I would need a clearer scan of last entry before I could attempt a translation.
