In my opinion it is ok, these medals are somewhat controversial, do a search on their forum. But I like them, mine is the same...

I would like to find a EK1 RuM...

    Enjoy the hobby, Keith

I still don't believe these ek's are wartime made.

If you're under siege, wasting time and resources on "propaganda-crosses" makes no sense at all.
And especially no 3- piece ek's.

You underestimate tyrany and totalitarism, there's nO place for logic, however You're right there is no evidence they are genuine pieces but there's no evidence to prove they are fake...that's quite interesting history with these crosses even authorities have problem how to qualify them.

I dont believe these are wartime i think they are immediate post war pieces as stated before....even if they found boxes of originals or original pieces, changing the "1939" into "1941" would not be easy, meaning these were manufactured just the way they are, not manipulated from "1939" eks...and i just dont see making propaganda pieces this elaborate during what was going on around them. Just my 2 cents.

I'd say if there's zero evidence they're genuine, that's extremely convincing evidence they are fake. As of yet they turn up as single pieces here or there. Never in a grouping (that I'm aware of, correct me if I'm wrong), or with any scrap of truly reliable evidence.

From what little I know of the Russian front, the Russians had trouble producing enough guns (rifles, etc.) to arm their troops. Why would they waste resources for these few pieces of junk?

                          Just my opinions/thoughts.

I inform all colleagues that in 2014 in the Central archive of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, discovered documents of the war years, clearly confirming the fact of production by the political Directorate of the Leningrad front, Iron cross (called the "agitmaterialy") and containing recommendations on expanding the "orders" of the enemy forces. Yes, "catalog, or price list", and even more photographs not represented and is not known EXACTLY looked like crosses. But now it is known that such crosses were.......
