GFM Kesselring's diamonds on May 1945, during the aftermath of the surrender in Austria.
Kerstin von Lingen, author of the book: "Kesselring's last battle", states that on 15 May 1945, Kesselring was taken to Mondorf-les-Bains where his baton and decorations were taken from him and he was incarcerated.
