Perfect photo of Korvettenkapitän Wolfgang Lüth wearing a set of diamonds (I can't make which ones).

I've seen an image of Lüth Diamonds cassette on Angolia's book, but no luck so far finding a better resolution of it, so far..

A postwar edition but an example worth of showing in this thread: Sepp Dietrich, 1959.

This is currently in the possesion of a WAF member

And now the war piece: Dietrich's B-Stuck, recently bought by H. Weitze after being sold by the family.

Great photos - is Galland's cap eagle actually missing or was it photoshopped out?

The eagle was removed by Galland.

A photo I was missing: SS-Gruppenführer Herbert-Otto Gille with his set of diamonds.

So far no information about the current whereabouts of his wartime piece. His cassette is in the private collection of Wolfe-Hardin.

There's also a photo showing Gille getting a '57 KC in 1959.. I will post soon.

As you can see in this postwar image of Gille while getting a brand new KC with diamonds attached to it. No idea to know if those are his wartime pieces or not.
