Pics aren't quite good enough yet, unfortunately ... there are some excellent fakes of this type, so good, close, in-focus frontal shots are needed for a final determination. Although the hardware looks promising so far.
    Best regards,
    Streptile

Am I correct in saying that the pin looks a little odd, for a 1st pattern 1st calss Spange ?

But as already mentioned, better straight on pictures are needed.

Thanks guys for your helpful responses,

I went ahead and purchased it and some other medals
price was good so it was worth a chance and after studying a
few other 1st pattern junkers and blowing my pic up I'm sure
          it's a good one also.
Will definately post some better pics when it arrives.

          thank you

              Spange

Looks like a good Juncker, but with a different pin setup (my pin stops at the bottom of the date block and is not pointed) and it appears that the date is different than mine. I have created a photo of both date blocks, mine is on top. Wait on Jon to repond but I think we are looking at a different die being used. Jim

I would be surprised if there would be two different date bars on such an early Spange, which was only used for a short time.

                /Flemming

PS I can also see the differences of these two

I see the difference in the date as well, let me know if any other pics
are needed. Is there a possibility of multiple dies though?
                  Any opinions are appreciated

                  thanks

I think the badge that started this thread is Ok, ...here is the picture of good(left) and bad(right) and the easy way to spot it is the line on the lower feather of the left wing, on originals it's running into the upper smaller feather and on fakes it goes under.

CMSgt can we see your whole clasp?

if there are 2 dies, (I have about 20 examples on file to check)
I can see some resembling both...

to make sure we'd need very close pics of the pebbling

but I have no problems with 2 dies... despite the prices, 1st pattern Junckers seem 'relatively' common. Most 1st pattern 1st class spangen encountered are Juncker
we probably just haven't looked close enough as yet!

we've only recently realised L/18 (2nd pattern) had at least 3 dies on the go
                      and
L/57 seemed to have 4 or 5 dies for their 1st pattern 2nd class alone
                      regards

Here's the datebar from the Spange in question.
The best "blowup" I could do.
