Looks are deceiving. The name of the game is 'the same' in this business, although there are 'variants' which this is not, IMO.

In my opinion an original cross, It may be a so-called ”unknown maker wire pin” cross they are made of zinc, but It seems to be made of tombak, if so it maybe a early Poellath cross.

Hi Robb,
The cross shown on the Emedals link and the example you posted are not the same. I don't believe that cross to be original either. Another member suggests that it might be an early Poellath. I would disagree with this as Poellath is known to have only produced the KVK1/swords. The pebbling patterns on your cross do not match up with known Poellath examples. Then there is the issue of location of the ribbons on the wreath. Lastly the swastika appears to be larger than those found on Polleath crosses. Perhaps a unknown maker as yet to be indentified as suggested? A fake IMO
