Can Anyone ID This PLM/RK Winner?

Is there a list of PLM winners if there is should be able to cross reference with Luft oaks winners

If its some other medal and not a PLM, I won't mind. I just want to know the item is legit and wartime and the guy is a RK recipient. These uniform discrepencies are hard to explain too.

There could be alot of things not allowed in the photo, but it still may be Brandenfels? The speculation on the PlM is largely due to the quality of the scan. Steve, you gotta help us out here. And if Brandenfels was only a Luft general then maybe the narrow list. I have seen him associated with a Pz. division and other Army units. Same guy? Two services? I don't know. But the face is a match to me. Steve

Im with Dion, even though this picture is black and white, you would still be able to tell the colouration of a PLM, and that just doesnt look like a PLM.

Try a digital camera with close up option setting. Then crop the area you want. Might work. Steve

I don't think the "PLM" was in the original photo..The lighting on it doesn't match the rest of the items in the photo..It just doesn't belong. No evidence of the supension, like it was just "slid" in under the KC..

The unknown cross seems to be white..
