May I ask, please, what No. 167 is? I've recently heard of Deitrich's book on the KC, and intend on buying it soon. But what is No. 167?

I have No.1, with signatures and dedications of the people who helped me and I could personally meet.

                    But who has No.2?

Dietrich, could you tell me please what is the difference between the LIMTED and REGULAR EDITIONS?

Is there a way to know the contend table of the book? (or something about it)

                      Thanks

                      Edgar
