Without the ever changing hardware of the 1st class, the EK2's are a lot easier to follow!
Like the 1st class, the 2nd also started with the Souval wartime frame, and the majority of pieces will have that frame! These can also be found with both magnetic and non-magnetic cores!!
This first cross is a typical example of an early Souval and is mounted on an Austrian tri-fold ribbon, which many are, often with a safety pin to attach the medal to a jacket.....
