        I agree with Nick, I like the grove too, especially since it runs through the entire tang. I love Japanese swords still but years ago would have Brough nice money. Now, not worth what it was and a harder sale. The sword "artsword" market is in the toilet which I like. Most likely if you polish this sword, if it will take a polish, you would never recoup your money. Still I like it!
