As you've probably already found, there are numerous places via the web to learn terminology, history, and science of Japanese sword making and markings. Here's 3 I love and use quite often:

http://ohmura-study.net/900 (if this one comes up in Japanese, there is a "English Version" link at the bottom of the page)

    http://www.japaneseswordindex.com

    http://meiboku.info/guide.html

If you search, there may be similar sites in your language.
Thank you BruceP at a glance ( I will go into detail later ) they are informative .
The first could not open it is displaying 404 file not find, but no problem at least I have the other 2. Thanks

I have just received the Katana, I tried to do better pictures of the inscription, but I do not think I succeeded, any I will take more close up of the sword and post them later.
According to a small print send by the dealer this Katana was made 1942, I will scan it and add it too with the rest.
It is beautifull more than I thought
          Thanks
          Alf
