No matter, TAR knows that below that there was a 1918 Black Wound Badge-- because the ONLY Reichsheer career officer with a Bavarian MMC3XwC and an EK1 (Hitler's awards too) was one

does anybody know how to identify if a rare (mostely noncommbantant ribbons) on a singl medal are originally issued to the medal, or if the seller attached it to get a higher price?
