Roy you get the prize for best original uniform photo closeup clarity of an MG badge.

Funny how ALL the ones I've been able to ID from photos are Junckers.

...and I'm not challenging some of the beautifully marked pieces I've seen here, just saying, all the photos with clarity favor the Juncker.

Junckers has that well defined front left leg that you just cannot miss.

I got home and this was waiting for me, my second Falkenburg & Richter.

It exhibits some of the same sloppy trimming of the ammo belt as on my first one.

On the reverse is a neat little finding. First the reverse of my old one (#1) for comparision.

here is the badge i got this week. enjoy the photos.
was using natural light so the color in the pics maybe a little lighter that what it appears in normal hand held look. thxs joe

Looks like a good, late war example to me. I'm never sure about the cloth because if you are real careful you can bend the pins just enough to seperate the backing plate from the badge.
