The date is 22nd of april 1929. What does it say?

The reason i ask is that its for the German 'campaign front" badge (I know-poor translation.... or the "Hamburg Feldehrenzeichen"). The badges were awarded in sequence and the last thread just made me reassess the numbers "awarded" dramatically.
We know know for example, that in the 5 years between 1929 and 1934, about 20,000 of these "commemorative" badges were sold/awarded by the Verein (for a sum of 130,000 marks-quite a bit of cash for those days).

By the way, I am insanely jealous. You are a very lucky collector.

They also figured out there family tree. I'll show a bit, but there are several letters included which they wrote to ask for information regarding the family. Also the replies from the government are there.
