The peacetime Orders after 1897 would not be an issue for a bar like your second one, with two awards from OTHER states. But--if that even IS the Brunswick House Order ribbon on my ribbon bar-- I'd expect a NATIVE Brunswicker to have mounted his own Home State Award before the long service etc.Comment
