Why not post this one with the "M" () mark on the bottom.
"
A high quality 1930s period time Prussian Pour le Mérite. Machine-woven neck ribbon probably of an early date.
The order is "M" marked to the bottom of the lower cross arm. Furthermore "800" silver stamped twice to the rings. Original gilding."Attached Files

As noted, I was asking for advice as I know little about these. Wading into waters I have limited experience to opine on. So the outcome, whether a fake or original didn't really matter one way or the other.
As there was no clear answer, I have already decided to pass on it.
There was no attempt to hide anything. I was just trying (not really successfully) to enlarge and enhance the photos for greater clarity to provide the best photos for people to see.

Buy Preveter's book "Prussian Blue". There is no grey area in these awards. Oops there I go again. But that was a positive post. Not responding to nonsense.
I am permitted. That should be my signature.

I seriously was just trying to make the photos larger.
And thanks to everyone for the input help. Greatly appreciated. I'm still reading through "Regular122's" threads.

So both of you making digs at me has WHAT to do with the PlM???
Double standard.
You punish me for passionately defending the real stuff and you both go personal. But if I protest, you kick me out. You think people don't see this?Last edited by Brian S; 04-16-2020, 06:38 PM.
