My modest addition--since I'm not collecting fotos actually. Russian volunteer (some description in Russian on reverse) from Eiserne Division. There is a stamp of Foto atelier in lower left corner, stating the foto was done in Libau (Liepaya)Comment

Can you tell us from which Landesverband / region this member came from?
PS: Is it only a wrong impression, or had the guy two different skulls on his collar tabs? Notice the eyes! The skull on the right collar tab looks like this one.Comment
