Lt Col two tunics... with a history... definately worn... kinda smells... even came with a 60s era comb in inside jacket pocket... LOL Anyway I was told that this set came from the Commandant of the Artillary School. The tunic on bottom has the woven Litzen... The top tunic has the metal style cuff bars...
