J20 may copy certain good design aspects from the Russian's Sukhoi T50, US YF 22 and F 35 and then further develop into their own design.Comment

A full mock up of the carrier Varyag is constructed. Note the arrow points to the Z-8 AEW helicopter being covered up by green canvas. Looks like some kind of construction work ( runway?) is carried out nearby.Comment

Chinese aircraft Varyag just finishes the high speed turning test. Similar high speed turning test was also carried out before by the Soviet's carrier Kuznetsov, USS Trumann and USS Eisenhower before. This high speed turning test puts enmourous stress on the ship rudder, huge white wave is generated behind the ship and the ship is inclined sometime up to 15 degree.Comment
