A conflict which many regard as a precursor to WWII and a subject which fascinates me personally in particular the part played by the International Brigade.

If any one has anything associated with the conflict please post.

Hello Allan, I will help you in this thread.
First a uniform of a Cavalry Colonel (National Army). The tunic is a model 1922. The red beret with national cocarde and the falangist knife.

This is a cavalry uniform of lieutenant (Republican army). It has the lt. visor cap with republican insignia the leather coat and the pistol Astra 900.

Thanks for comments. Here you have a uniform of a commandant falangist (national army). It has a coat called "pelliza" and a falange cap. In period photo you can see a type of coat used usually for national army officers.

Uniform of an italian volunteer on the National army. The cape is called "capote-manta" and the helmet is an M-33 with falangist emblem.
