#2-some wriiting on the inside-someones name was crossed out probably by the new owner after the cap was re-issued.

                          Hi Yancy,

It appears that a number of images have disappeared from the earlier part of this thread. Could you possibly go back and reinstate them please?

I would be particularly interested in seeing the discharge certificate and calendar pics.

                          Cheers,
                          David.
At Rathau on the Aller, the CO of 5th Royal Tanks advanced on foot to take a cautious look into the town before his tanks moved in. He encountered one of his own officers, a huge Welshman named John Gwilliam who later captained his country's rugby team, 'carrying a small German soldier by the scruff of his neck, not unlike a cat with a mouse.' The Colonel said: 'Why not shoot him?' Gwilliam replied in his mighty Welsh voice: 'Oh no, sir. Much too small.'

                            Hello David,

sorry for the delay,i had major computer problems the last month that resulted in me getting a new computer scanner etc.I see what you mean about my pictures, when Sebastian switched over the site to the new format i took down my pictures for some reason.that doenst matter as far as RAD items go because i still have all my stuff as well as the pictures, there are things however that i had posted pictures of that i dont have in my collection anymore and the pictures were lost when my harddrive crashed so i cant repost those,i will go back over this thread over the next few days and repost all my RAD pictures,if you want to see any more pictures of the calender than the ones pictured let me know and ill make some more scans, the calender has the most pictures of any period publication regrding the RAD and it is a must if you collect RAD-I came across a 1941 RAD calender at a local show ,the man was asking alot but i think im gonna try to talk him down a little or work out some sorta trade.anywyas here are the calender pics for now the rest of the pics in this thread will be back up by the end of the week.
