IMO they are good and have three my self, however I base that only on the construction, webbing and stitching. Only one of mine is marked & dated . Yours display more surface rust than mine but that could be just the way they were found/stored. The seller I bought mine from stated they were found in bulk and probably not issued . I'd like to hear what others thoughts are on these as well.

Finally home from a short stint away and took the opportunity during days off to check out the new mannequin. It needs some work to give it that "time in Libya" feel but I'll get there eventually. What matters are the all original items sitting on it. The sidecap is a well used 1940 dated Carl Halfar panzer and the tunic is an untouched faded early brown (not tan) example. This isn't one of the tunics sold by Mike Davis a few months ago but it is very similar.

Here are two old favourites, a 1940 dated olive green example with an early pith and rare early all web y-straps; a faded tan NCO with a matching faded cap by Robert Lubstein.
The straight leg Heer tropical trousers in the bottom photo with the faded tan tunic are a very rare early pair dated 1940 with bloused cuffs. I'll take some photos of these later.
I hope that you enjoy.
