Can you please post more of the finds you may have been able to make locally in Tunisia. I suspect that with all the fighting and then the massive surenders, there must be quite a few things to be found?

Hello, yes Jaime, the helmet was found at Borj cedria (about 30km of Tunis), there is also a big german cemetary in Borj cedria. Borj cedria has been the scene of major battles during the German retreat in Cap bon.

for the picture below, the PAK40 ammo tubes, the gasmask and the water canister found in El jem(south of Tunisia). the Mauser bayonet is from borj cedria too and is a piece found during detection.The socket shell(El jem) is for a panzer IV
