It's great to see you posting on this superb thread again Bill.

Interesting to see the collar piping, and possibly on the last example (previous Flak course group photo - post #1215) too, plus the use of the collar liner.

Thank you! Just starting to get back into searching for more photos to add to my collection. No more big renovation projects and less trips out to my second home in Tombstone, Arizona. So I'm now able to spend more time on photo collecting.

You do not often see collar piping on the HG fliegerbluse which makes it unique. I'm always looking for those kinds of details in a portrait photo.

Wow - I wonder what his story is, he looks a little old!

It's possible he's had a hard life (and isn't as old as he looks), or maybe he had non-combatant position - a Clerk or something?

Yep! He is a bit older than the normal young recruits and he isn't even a
Uffz...he appears to be a Gefreiter.

Got some interesting HG Sonderzug (Amerika) Flak pictures on the way to me. I didn't win all the pictures as some went way beyond what I was willing to pay for them. The HG Flak Car was attached to Hitlers or Goerings train.

Here is the picture of the HG Sonderzug Amerika that I did not win...normally I do not post pictures that do not belong to me.
