                    NSKK Kepi

Ok, I have a cap for the thread.
Its a transitional kepi, picked up recently.
The rzm tag is gone to time, and overall the cap shows little wear, but I like it.

I keep coming back to this thread enjoying seeing all the great examples of NSKK headgear. Whoever was the "art director" for the NSKK design hit a major home run. I dug out my pile of items to contribute. The SA kepi from Berlin-Brandenburg I include here because I believe it is Motor SA by the inscriptions inside and so preceeding the NSKK. Please correct me if I am wrong. Its been a long time since I did the research on the hat and going by questionable memory. I am hoping someone can interpret the word before "Petersen" on the sweatband. Any info on the unit?
