        I have another ks 750 without original color.


        For this one, I have a complet gearbox and this engine i just found, but not the rear transmission. The bw40 frame is complet. I have to find a nice fork and a side steib to match with the frame and the tank.
        DM me if you can help me.

              Exactly, no one would restore a helmet. That's why I submitted this particular helmet with it's patches of original paint so enthusiasts like you and tintin could have a real emotion.

                  Very nice, of course original paint is fantastic and steps should be taken to preserve and protect it. I merely suggested that there is a point at which careless storage has damaged the item to a degree that restoration is an option.

                      That's a very nice pannier tintin, I do think the original finish to your KS750 zks.750 is worth preserving, there are plenty of restored bikes out there but I would rather have one in it's original battle paint !
