Fake frag sleeve

This is not an opinion on the item in question, but rather an observation. I have noticed that items in my collection that have obviously old / dark corrosion, appears like new / bright rust when photographed using a flash. I don't know if that is the case here, but it's something that I keep in mind when looking at photos of items on the net. Flash photography tends to bring out details that aren't obvious otherwise and sometimes makes things appear to be in worse condition than they really are. Sorry if this is off topic.

Time to test N & T's "lifetime" guarantee of authenticity.

Some stuff on N&T is untouched and original. The problem is finding those items. For rare stuff, such as a frag sleeve, forget it!
Matt, back to your first question on the "alert" issue. Also not worth the effort in this case.
Speaking of sleeves, a friend of mine found a M24 with a smooth sleeve original to the M24. It was a "one looker" and was obvious they have always been together.Willi
