Let me play devil's advocate for a moment. If we agreed the stamps aren't good but the pouch does look good... how about a mid to late 1943 produced pouch, with the cutting for the MG42 AA sight and lacking the MG13 spanner, as wouldn't need it. Perhaps some one wanted to add some value and get some extra money...but made a mistake. Anyhow, there will always be something wrong in that pouch.

No conclusion. Without a close inspection I wouldn't dare to say what it is exactly so, if I wanted a 100% safe original item, I wouldn't buy it. If the price was good I would take the risk, but I believe it goes up to 300€...so not for me.
