I love your box and want it for my own!!! I have over 200 boxes in my collection and that is just a drop in the bucket as to the many types of boxes that the Germans created for whatever types of equipment, munitions that were packed/stored in them. I just recently returned from living in Germany for the past 16 years. So I've had the opportunity to collect a wide variety of boxes and still I see boxes like yours and Gary's that I don't have in my collection. Anyone interested in WW1 German Steel handgrenade wooden boxes in exchange???? I recently picked up the aluminum two T-Mine carrier at the Houston Show. I saw several in the Diekirch museum but never came across any at flea markets. I do have two single T-Mine carriers and a metal box carrier for two T-mines. I have tried to pick up many of the rarer types of boxes and I believe you guys have the harder to find version of the Egg Grenade boxes. Thanks for sharing your photos. Bill

no offence taken and none meant by me, here is one of my tellermine carrier's, this example is actually painted in the mimic camouflage style, maker S & Co 1937

Great looking camo T-Mine carrier My carrier is in the standard dark green color. I passed up another that was in the tan/green camo version because all the latches were missing (corroded & broken off) and the dealer wanted the same price. Bill
